Your doula will be there, by your side, to remind you of information you have learned, help you feel in control, support your decisions without judgement, and help you feel secure in navigating through this process.
It does not matter if you know exactly what you need from your doula, you change your mind about what you need, or you are still trying to figure out how a doula can help you. We are flexible and are there to meet your needs in the moment.
