Mary Wiklanski has a tremendous passion for all things involving
the prenatal, labor, and postpartum periods in families’ lives. She
has a strong desire to help families navigate their way through this
time of transition. She enjoys supporting families in the decisions
that they make for their families and birth with the information and
skills she has acquired.
Mary has completed in-depth, in person training for both birth and postpartum support. She started her training in October of 2014 and is constantly keeping up to date through continual training and reading on all topics surrounding this period in families lives. She is currently a pre-certified labor and postpartum doula with ProDoula.
Mary has over 15 years of experience in emergency services which has given her wide and varied experiences. She developed a strong desire to help educate others and has been an American Heart Association CPR Instructor and New Jersey Emergency Medical Technician Instructor for over 5 years. She completed the rigorous requirements to become a ProDoula Certified Childbirth Educator in 2016.
Mary currently lives in Holland, NJ with her husband, 2 daughters, and 2 dogs. Her varied interests include scuba diving, crocheting, reading, and running.
